Can't pressure cause damage?
Yes, high pressure in the wrong place can. That's why we soft wash siding, roofs and painted surfaces and save high pressure for concrete. We choose the method for each surface so water doesn't get forced where it shouldn't.
What is soft washing?
A gentler method for delicate surfaces like siding and asphalt shingles. Cleaning solution loosens and kills dirt, mildew and algae instead of blasting it off, which prevents damage and fading.
Do you use my water?
Yes. Using your outdoor spigot is cheaper for you than hauling water in. It typically adds under $3 to your water bill, about the same as three loads of laundry.
How often should my property be cleaned?
At least once a year. Dirt, organic growth and oxidation make materials brittle and cause paint to fail, so regular cleaning extends their life and helps you avoid costly repairs.
